Random audit and clean ups on all Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Forecast and Proposals entered in Oracle.

Approximately 10-15 Call follow ups on MHM customers daily (70% North America, 30% other World Area) for Trade Up program.

Perform Monthly Oracle clean up (Naming of Opportunities/Quotes, forecasting, status updates, customer information, etc.)

Previous Experience / Skills:

  • 2 – 5 years prior related experience.

Brief Description of duties / key Results to be achieved:

  • Initiate and drive support agreement quotation/sales with world area/local country rep offices.
  • Responsible for all elements of support agreement sales, including:
  • Quote origination
  • Follow up calls for all open quotes as directed
  • Coordinate with regional World Area Managers
  • Working closely with World Area Offices and local country representatives
  • Development and coordination of Corporate Support Agreement Opportunities

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working in a team environment as part of the Division's Pre-Sales Group. The specialist must have a good technical background on Emerson’ AO products and customer industries to be able to write an effective product quotation and proposal; as well as deliver sound pre-sales information.

Description of Duties and Key Results to be Achieved:

  • Responsible for all elements of pre-sales support, including but not limited to:
  • Production of responses to requests for product information, promotion, pricing, licensing, and policies.
  • Quote and Product Proposal origination.
  • Staying abreast of the product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems.

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Examine and record all payment transactions timely, properly and accurately for the mutual benefit of both the company and the suppliers/service providers.
    • Perform bi-monthly payment run to ensure that only accounts due are paid.
  2. Ensure that assigned Balance Sheet schedules and PNL accounts are prepared and reconciled monthly.
  3. Ensure that customer promotions are set up on time.
    • Computes customer rebates accurately and paid on time.

    • Preparing technical illustrations and graphic for user manuals and online help.
