Principal duties:
- Credit and Collections Management to minimize company risk and achieve maximum returns
- Implementation of credit and collections policy
- Collection of matured invoices
- Review of aging
- Evaluation of customers’ financial capacity to grow business
- Design and implementation of payment programs
- Collaboration with 3rd parties for appraisal of collateral / securities offered and collection referrals (legal, collection agencies)
- Representation to court hearings
- Business Advisory to enhance value-added services to customers
- Conduct of customer business diagnosis to spot problem areas or opportunities for growth
- Promotion and execution of outside financing programs (bank tie-ups) to finance customer working capital requirements
- Conceptualization and execution of dealer business management schools
- Collaboration with 3rd parties (accountants, accounting firms) for accounting system set-up
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of any business course preferably Accountancy, Banking or Law
- With 2-year work experience in banks (credit analyst or sourcing of new customers) / lawfirm, handling credit and collections and customer relations
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knows how to drive with a valid driver's license
- Can deal with customers
- Has strong negotiating skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving
